Web Design Services Agreement

What's Included

• A custom website built to the agreed package specifications
• Hosting on Isaac.dev infrastructure (site lives on provider's servers)
• A contact form that delivers leads directly to your email or phone
• Mobile-optimized design
• Basic local SEO setup (page titles, location data, Google sitemap)
• A preview link for your approval before going live
• Free revisions until you're satisfied (see Section 5)

Payment Terms

The launch fee is due before work begins. The monthly fee begins on the date the site goes live and is billed on the same date each month. Payment is accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or card.

If a monthly payment is more than 7 days late, the site may be taken offline until payment is received. The site will be restored promptly once payment clears.

Hosting & Ownership

• The site remains live as long as the monthly fee is paid
• If you cancel, the site is taken offline within 30 days of cancellation
• You own your domain name and any photos or text you provide
• Isaac.dev retains the right to display the site in a portfolio

Upon cancellation, Isaac will provide your domain transfer code at no charge so you can move it to another provider if you wish.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel this agreement with 30 days written notice. "Written notice" means a text message, email, or any other written communication.

There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You are only responsible for the current billing month at the time of cancellation.

Revisions

If you're not satisfied with the website preview, Isaac will revise it until you are. He'll keep working with you until the site is something you're genuinely proud to send people to.

This applies to the initial build. Revision requests after the site is live are covered under the monthly plan and completed within 3–5 business days.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information, photos, and content within 2 days of signing
• Respond to preview feedback requests within 5 business days
• Notify Isaac of any needed changes or updates in writing

Delays caused by the client (late content, slow approvals) may push the go-live date back accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Isaac.dev is not responsible for loss of business, revenue, or rankings resulting from website downtime, Google algorithm changes, or third-party service outages. Uptime is not guaranteed but is treated as a priority.

Entire Agreement

This document is the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be agreed to in writing by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
